The Canadian Society for Chemistry (CSC) is committed to supporting chemists and other chemical sciences professionals in developing their careers. As part of our ongoing efforts in this area we are offering complimentary registration to the 103nd Canadian Chemistry Conference and Exhibition (CCCE 2020) to eligible CSC members who are New Assistant Professors and New Entrepreneurs.
Attending a CSC conference is a valuable way to develop and expand your network of connections in the Canadian and global chemistry community.
This complimentary registration is a commitment by the CSC to support professionals in the earliest stage of their career as a new Assistant Professor or new Entrepreneur. This is a one-time promotional offer for Assistant Professors and for Entrepreneurs within the first 5 years of their venture. If you meet all the criteria below, you may qualify for a conference fee waiver code.
To receive this offer, you must be:
- a professor within 5 years of starting an Assistant Professor position, or an Entrepreneur within the first 5 years of incorporation
- a full-fee member of the Canadian Society for Chemistry (CSC) - Become a Member
- based at a Canadian institution (Assistant Professors), or incorporated in Canada (Entrepreneurs)
- receiving this one-time complimentary registration offer for the first time
If you meet all the above criteria, please complete the Application Form to apply for complimentary CCCE 2020 conference registration.
Be sure to complete the application before registering for the conference. The application, if successful, will result in a waiver code being issued to you, for you to use when registering that will reduce the conference registration fee to $0. Please note that it may take up to 3-4 business days for your application to be processed.
